Recently, producer Jennifer Orme Erwin bought 'Mind Hunter' to Charlize Theron's attention in a move that will now find Charlize Theron on the otherside of the camera as executive producer (with David Fincher), for a developing new HBO drama series 'Mind Hunter'. With director credits such as "se7en" and "Zodiac", David Fincher is no stranger to psychological thrillers. Fox 21 optioned the book and now 'Dexter' executive producer Scott Buck is to draft the pilot. Charlize Theron is also to star in George Miller's Mad Max IV, "Fury Road". "I know I'm ready for that phase of my life and I know that Stuart is the man I want to take that step with." But Theron is prepared - she's cooking two turkeys with all the trimmings and she's using her guests as guinea-pigs for a few new recipes.

CHARLIZE THERON will be a two-turkey chef on Thanksgiving Day on Thursday (25Nov09) - after inviting a pack of friends over to her home in Los Angeles for a feast.

The South African-born actress became a U.S. citizen in 2007 and now she loves the holidays and makes the most of them every year. But she admits she and boyfriend Stuart Townsend were shocked by the amount of people who opted to spend Thanksgiving Day with them instead of with their own families.

The Monster star explains, "I did this thing where my boyfriend and I kind of made this list of people that we love... and we thought, 'Y'know, it's Thanksgiving and people will go and be with their families... Half of these people won't say yes.' They're all coming to my house."

But Theron is prepared - she's cooking two turkeys with all the trimmings and she's using her guests as guinea-pigs for a few new recipes. She adds, "I'm gonna make some jalapeno cornbread for the first time this year... and this lovely bartender gave us a shot of tequila and it was really yummy and he told me that he infuses it with watermelon and pineapple and berries; it takes the edge of it... so I'm doing that."

Charlize Theron added her insight in a great review on Michelle Monaghan's perfomance in the movie 'Trucker'.

Charlize Theron Reveals Secret To Scoring Movie Roles

Although the star, 33, isn't keen on getting married -- she does have her sights set on children. "I always wanted to be a mom because I have always had such a close relationship with my own mom," she said.

For the Irish actor turned director, working with his real-life leading lady was fun, and occasionally embarrassing. "She called me by my pet name a couple of times," Townsend says. A cheeky reporter made CHARLIZE THERON blush at the Venice Film Festival in Italy on Thursday (28Aug08) by asking her to marry him and then quizzing her about sleeping arrangements. The Oscar winner was promoting new film The Burning Plan at a press conference when the unnamed reporter plucked up courage to pop the question.

He asked, "I really like you so much and have a lot of respect for you but I would like to marry you - and I have a question: which side (of the bed) do you prefer to sleep on?"

The quick-thinking actress replied, "The side that you are not on," before joking, "Security! Security! Security!" She then added, "You are very cute, but you know my boyfriend will kill you." Theron's longterm beau is Irish actor Stuart Townsend. She then further confused the world's press by stating, "I am married, I am taken, whatever." Theron and Townsend have never officially wed, but the pair has always maintained they feel like a married couple.

Actress CHARLIZE THERON was surprised to find love with STUART TOWNSEND - because she was initially adamant he wasn't the man for her. Theron wasn't looking for love when she met Townsend on the set of 2002 movie Trapped, but she insists fate threw them together. She tells British Elle magazine, "At first neither of us would admit to being a couple, but fate kept conspiring to put us together." "It was just a couple of weeks into the relationship, but I knew I was falling in love. We had a bottle of wine and just talked and talked. I stood up and said, 'Let's pack up your stuff and ship everything to LA.' We spent all night packing and that was it."

She tells Britain's Elle magazine, "I'd be delighted if I found out I was pregnant tomorrow. I know I'm going to be a mother. And Stuart will be our baby's father. That is something I'm sure of."
